Ordering by Phone: Customers may also order by phone by calling the customer care number listed on our contact page. Phone ordering is available only for customers within India. International customers are required to order by mail or by filling the order / enquiry form.

Ordering by Mail: All orders (domestic and international) can also be placed through regular mail. Payment can be in the form of either money order or RTGS/NEFT or Cash Deposit. Please fill out the mail order form and include it with your payment.

Domestic Shipping: Orders typically leave our facility within 2 business days of receiving and clearing the payment. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via courier which normally takes an additional 2-3 days from the date of shipment. Based on these estimates, you can typically expect your shipment to be delivered within 5 business days of placing the order. Packages will be marked from "Cosmonova" and may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on location. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, you may email our support department through our contact page. Order inquires will be answered within 1-2 business day.

International Shipping: International orders may be placed online or by mail. International orders shipped via courier / Mail generally take 7-14 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. Orders shipped via Air Mail do not have tracking information and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. We strictly adhere to all customs and shipping procedures imposed by the destination country. Please check with your country’s customs office for precise charges. We assume no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. If the order is refused, the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at the border of the respective country and shipment back to the India.

If your order was received damaged or defective, please email us for an exchange. All of our policies apply only to purchases made directly through Cosmonova.

No Hidden Charges, No Recurring Billing

All purchases processed by Cosmonova are one time transactions. This means you will only be charged for the item(s) you purchased and will not be enrolled in any future automatic re-orders or recurring billing. We will not charge you for anything except for what is listed on your invoice.
